The Finca Son Pages consists of two large houses, which are offered together for groups of up to 24 people. They are ideally suited for a joint vacation of several families or for companies with customer or employee workshops. Both houses offer panoramic sea and mountain views. Sunny south-facing terraces invite you to linger on the villa even though some of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca can be reached in a few minutes.

The space
On the 30,000 m² site are the two identical fincas, each with a central large living and dining area that opens onto south-facing terraces. The adjoining suites each have their own living area and a 180x200 king size double bed as well as large en-suite bathrooms and each offer enough space for a family with 2 children. The 4 sea view suites face the terrace and each have an additional bedroom with two single beds in the attic. The 4 mountain view suites have an additional 160x200 queen size double bed on an open gallery level. In total, each house can accommodate 12-16 people. Between the two houses, at a distance of 50 meters, is the pool area with a 15 x 6 meter infinity pool, which is lined with shady straw umbrellas, elegant teak loungers, olive trees and lawns.

Guest access
The entire area with both houses and pool is exclusively available for guests. Due to the hillside location at the end of the driveway, it is particularly shielded and offers an oasis of tranquility between almond trees, olive groves and pine forests.

The houses are consistently equipped with underfloor heating, so they also offer a cozy ambience in the cooler season.

All 8 suites and the two central living/dining areas are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning systems that ensure a pleasant room temperature in all seasons.

In the peak season from April to October, the minimum rental period is 6 days and the arrival day should usually be a Saturday, unless there is a booking gap that allows for a different arrival day. In the low season from November to March, the minimum rental period is 5 days and the day of arrival is optional.

For weekly bookings we grant a discount of 10%, for 2 weeks 15% and for 4 weeks 20%.

Please note that the prices shown here are for 16 people. For additional guests, we charge €150 for the respective minimum booking time and €25 for each additional day.

In the high season of May-October, the Ecotasa tourism tax of €2.20 per person per night applies in addition. This is billed individually on site for actual overnight stays.
