Come enjoy the convenience of our all four seasonal Snowflower Trailside Condo located at Sugarloaf Mountain Resort. Mountain views from the living room and a cozy window seat! Biking, hiking and golf all located right out your front door step. Your family will be close to everything. Our 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo is pet friendly; the perfect location to rest and relax with the comforts of being central to some of the best four season activities this area has to offer.

The space
Located in Snowflower Village, this condo is directly next to the Snubber Chairlift which brings you up to the Base Lodge and gives you access to the entire mountain. It’s a second floor unit that sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.

On site parking as well as a free shuttle service is available during winter hours; this brings you to restaurants, shops, and other places along the Access Road. Guests also have access to 2 outdoor hot tubs in the complex, limited only to those staying in Snowflower Condos. The hot tubs are open during the winter on weekends and vacation weeks.

Unload all your ski gear in the heated entry way as you warm up by the propane fireplace. The open concept living/dining room is the perfect place for everyone to hang out and gather after a day of hitting the slopes or enjoying what this area has to offer. The living space has a leather recliner, a plush couch and a sunny window seat. The 55” flat screen Smart TV is adjustable to be viewed from any part of the living or dining room. Spectrum Cable including local channel WSKI is available as well as wireless internet throughout. The porch off the living room is set up with patio table and chairs for 4 people.

The Master Suite is located on the first floor with a King sized bed, dresser, closet and full bathroom with tub. The spacious second bedroom provides a Queen bed, dresser and reading nook. Also on the first floor is another full bathroom with a stand up shower and stackable washer and dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a single cup Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, electric stove and built in microwave.

Upstairs you'll walk into our sunny loft area with both a pull out couch and futon for extra space and full bathroom with tub. The third bedroom has a full sized bed and one set of bunkbeds with twin mattresses.

Guest access
You may use all areas of the Condo except for the locked owners closet.

Other things to note
House Rules:

We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.

No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the house.

Pet's are allowed (up to 2) for a one time fee of $50. We ask that you be mindful of your pets, we are happy to host them but please be respectful of the home and property! This includes keeping them off furniture if possible (if not, use a throw blanket or towel) and not leaving them unattended for long periods of time.

We ask that you clean up their waste and dispose of it in the exterior garbage cans.

We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)

We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.

No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.

Extra's:

All consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, detergents, etc. are provided. The kitchen is also well stocked with basics like spices, oil, sugar, etc.

Hot Tub is open on weekends and vacations from 12pm to 9pm from December 21st though April 14th. Hot Tub is only available for Snowflower guests.
