Bonnie and Sean’s Cabin is the perfect mountain getaway, either for skiing, hiking, golf or anything outdoors. It’s located 5 minutes away from Sunday River and is so close you’ll have a view of the slopes from your bedroom window. The cabin was spectacularly clean and was the perfect picture of a cozy mountain cabin. The hot tub was great and the privacy of the house was even better. Would definitely stay again !!

Michael is an excellent host, quickly responsive and very accommodating. The house is awesome - cozy north woods vibes, tasteful decor, comfortable furniture, very clean, and absolutely beautiful location. Private yard overlooking the lake through the trees. Super quiet and peaceful spot. This was our second time staying here and we hope to go back again!

Amazing location! Easy walk to the lift to access the base area. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Condo was comfortable and well stocked. The gas fireplace was great when we lost power from the super high winds. All questions were answered promptly and communication was clear. Definitely a great place on the mountain to stay.

I you want to have a peaceful stay at a cabin in the woods, this place’s got it! The surrounding area was very beautiful. There’s lots to do in the pond right by the cabins. The hosts are awesome! They were very proactive and quickly responded to any questions/issues we had. They also provided great local recommendations (I would also add Rangeley Lake to the list). Overall, we had a great time and we were glad we chose this place!

We loved our stay and would return! Perfect for our two families looking to do some spring skiing. We got lucky and caught the last couple days of the ski in/ski out trails being accessible. Loved dinner at Portage and the hanging out at Moose alley. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place and location! We had a smaller group so the house was very spacious, comfortable, we all felt at home. Everyone had their own room. It was the perfect weekend for our last ski trip of the season. We got snow and plowing was taken care of. It was definitely a weight off our shoulder that we didn’t have to worry about that. The restaurants in the area were great! Food and live music! Smooth check in and out process. Recommend this place highly! Would love to come back and see how it is in the summer, but most definitely would love to come back in the winter! :D

We stayed here for a few days for a peaceful getaway trip. The location was beautiful and the area was very quiet! Both of the hosts were very nice and responsive to any questions we had. Everything was stocked in terms of kitchen supplies, linens, paper goods, etc. so we didn’t have much extra we needed to get which was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Alex’s house was great for a large group - big kitchen, dining and living room. It was a central place for us to all hang out on a weekend where we weren’t able to do a lot of skiing. Alex was very responsive to any questions we had regarding finding the house, trash, etc. the bedrooms were large and comfy. Hot tub was an added bonus for the winter weather!

The condo was perfect for the group we had. The only issue we usually have at these buildings is parking. Only enough for one car and if you leave you will loose your spot and very difficult to park once you lose your spot. I understand that this is an issue at most buildings but it is a issue.

I give the host Tia 10 stars if possible. She was amazing and we were in contact a lot while there. The house is a bit dated and there is some clutter from the owner. The location is amazing and right on the water. They windows on the waterside don’t open and there are no screen doors so it was pretty buggy because we had to keep the doors open due to scorching temps. They don’t have a dock which would have been nice with the boat and just to have something to sit on.. But all in all Tia was truly incredible! The spot beautiful. I would go back. Thank you for your help, Tia!

Was everything the posting said, pictures were exactly right. Beautiful area. Crystal clear lake, beautiful kayaking, walking trails to beach. Easy walk even for a two yr old. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kayla was an excellent host. Very responsive to any questions or needs. Had an issue with shower that was addressed and fixed same day. I can’t say enough about how nice this was. Thank you again for having us

Perfect for a friend ski trip to Sunday River - hot tub, sauna, fire pit were all great socializing spaces and infinity table, TVs and arcade games were enjoyed by all! Sarah went above and beyond to make sure kitchen was stocked with everything we could want for coffee, hot chocolate, tea, s’more makings - plus easy access to the mountain as promised! We would happily stay here again!

The Epic Sugarloaf Family Getaway!

This place was very convenient to the mountain with a lift nearby and it was very clean and incredibly spacious. David is very accommodating and helpful. We sorely missed having coffee available in the morning but really that was our fault for not bringing it as it was not advertised that there would be any I just assumed for the price there would be a little coffee. Overall though great stay and very nice place - thank you!

This property was awesome we were all very happy with the location, amenities, price and host. Hillary was polite and very helpful. This trip almost didn’t happen as our previous reservation was canceled 12 hours before check in from a different host. Luckily Hillary saved the week with her quick response time and answering questions about sleeping situations etc. would stay here again in a heart beat highly recommend!

This is a gem of a place. Very close to where we wanted to bird hunt. Access to ATV trails (be respectful and drive slow on access/shared roads). All that you need is in this place. We stayed in Cabin #1. As she mentioned just bring a towel and toiletries. We ate out all the time. Breakfast and lunch at Bingham General Store. Dinner at Patrick’s Pub one night, next night at Kennebec River Brewing. We’ll be back for sure.

Great place to stay! Everything was perfect for my group and felt very spacious. Great cabin to stay for a group Sugarloaf trip. Pro tip: Like the host describes, in the winter months be sure to drive an all wheel drive car. The driveway is uphill.
