Apartment vacation rentals in Franklin County

Lydia was a responsive hostess whose place was clean, accommodating and fairly priced. My friends and I used Lydia’s place as a home base to ski saddleback. An hour drive, but hundreds cheaper per night compared to the Rangeley area. Mexico treated us well

A few friends and I brought our dogs and stayed at Tim’s cabin for the 2024 solar eclipse. The location was perfect and we could watch the eclipse from the front porch. It’s only a seven minute drive from Sugarloaf so we were even able to get a day of skiing in. It’s a cozy and spacious cabin with a full and well stocked kitchen and clean bathrooms with no shortage of hot water. The beds were comfortable and it’s one of the few rentals I came across that allowed multiple dogs As some other reviews stated, the cabin is split into two units. The walls are pretty thin all around but it wasn’t really a problem. We had a great stay and it’s a place I would rent again if I find myself back in the area

One of my favorite airbnb's of all time! A beautiful, cozy apartment that felt like home, overlooking the Carrabassett River. Lucy Lou was a wonderful host--cuddly, sweet, and very entertaining. Beautiful artisan guild and gallery on the first floor great for checking out some local art! 20 minute drive to sugarloaf. Would 10/10 reccommend!

Absolutely fabulous hosts willing to help us with our reservation and stay. My husband and boys got rained out on a birthday fishing trip and we so lucky to find a place at seans. Cant ask for better hosts

We loved the location, just steps away from every conceivable activity. The amenities were top-notch, featuring up-to-date appliances and a perfectly sized TV. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, with hot water available almost instantly. Our host was genuinely concerned for our happiness and welfare, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if availability permits. We had a fantastic time!

Cute place! Alice was very accommodating with our arrival time (we didn’t arrive until about 10:30pm). Location is very peaceful and beautiful. Unit itself was clean and just like the pictures. I’d recommend arriving during the daytime because the road leading up to the house is very narrow and becomes gravel just towards the end!

we had the best stay at Rose's place. very quiet and comfortable. the perfect base camp for us to enjoy a variety of what Maine has to feer without having to drive for hours.

This place took our two dogs which we appreciated. Large apartment on the second floor. We did not do any sight seeing as we were there for an Ironman race in Augusta. Our host was very responsive.

Kristen’s place was perfect for my short stay I would definitely stay again.

Space was spotless and exactly as described. Needed nothing and is located within striking distance to a ton of outdoor activities, Sugarloaf being the main attraction. Ben was very quick to return a couple questions and his pricing is very fair compared to on mountain rates. We will definitely be back

Joseph was a fantastic host. Our trip was heavily impacted by hurricane Milton, however at no point were we worried about our lodging because Joseph was incredibly communicative, supportive, and informative. The appartment was meticulously kept and the property is breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you Joseph for making the best of our troubled travel and stay!

Easy to find, responsive host. Great stay for hiking and would be great for skiing. The condo is out dated and could use some tlc. That said, it was a great stay. Kitchen had all we needed. Placed was clean and cozy. Dog friendly was a plus!

We had a great stay at Amber's Condo. It was very close to the Snubber trail lift and convenient to everything Sugarloaf. It was as described in the listing, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great place! Was very accommodating with early and late checkouts! Note the hot tub costs extra $$ which wasn’t described. Had a great time!

The condo has an amazing location, just steps from the chairlift to the main mountain, and was perfectly equipped with everything we needed on our family ski weekend! Amber our host was great to communicate with. Perfect for families of any age- we highly recommend!

Perfect place for our family of 6 (if they added a twin mattress to trundle it would be even more perfect!). Great location, very clean, easy check-in, all the amenities you need. Will be the first place we look to rent when coming back to Sugarloaf.

Right across from the entrance is the chair lift to the base, and shuttle drops you off so close to the apartment and plenty of room for all our guests!

Excellent location and versatile space. Came with a small group and we were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
