The space
A beautiful retreat on the scenic Brazos River, a peaceful, quiet setting. Enjoy the Large back covered patio with seating/dining for 6+. This home has 2 twin beds and a full size. We also have a twin air mattress and couch for sleeping a couple of extra friends if needed. Additional blankets and pillows are provided.

This is a private home, you'll have access to everything inside minus one small locked closet.

Other things to note
Kitchen:
• You’re welcome to use the pots, pans etc. Just make yourself at home. I don’t cook, but if you do; feel free!
• More importantly, the wine opener is in the far-left drawer (left of the oven)
• The frozen drink machine (like a blender) is in the far-left cabinet.
• The coffee maker is available for use. We use the coffee pods instead of filters and loose grounds. The coffee cups are in the far-right cabinet next to the frig.
• We don’t have a disposal, please put food scraps in the trash.
