Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, the home offers plenty of space for families and groups to gather while still providing private places to unwind.
The bright, open living area is perfect for spending time together after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. You'll find everything you need, including two coffee makers, a four-slice toaster, a blender, and the essentials for cooking and dining.
Outside, enjoy your own private backyard oasis featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, propane grill, and outdoor shower. Whether you're starting the morning with coffee on the deck, cooling off in the pool, or relaxing in the hot tub under the stars, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
For your comfort, the home also includes bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, Turkish beach towels, kitchen towels, hair dryers, and YouTube TV for your entertainment.
One of the best parts of staying here is the location. Nestled within the desirable Schooner Ridge community, you're just a short walk or bike ride from the beach, Duck Boardwalk, local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and everything that makes Duck one of the Outer Banks' favorite beach towns.
As our guest, you'll also enjoy access to Schooner Ridge's outstanding community amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, clubhouse, and private beach access.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and all indoor living spaces.
Your stay also includes access to the Schooner Ridge community amenities, including:

• Tennis courts
• Pickleball courts
• Indoor racquetball courts
• Playground
• Clubhouse
• Private beach access
Community wristbands are required when using these amenities and accessing the beach through the neighborhood walkway.
Parking is available at the home. Please note that street parking is not permitted within the community. Golf carts are welcome, but RVs, boats, and trailers are not allowed unless they fit completely within the property's garage or carport.
Other things to note
• The private pool is available seasonally. A pool fee applies and will be added to your reservation.
• A cleaning fee will also be applied at checkout.
• Community wristbands are required to use Schooner Ridge amenities and the private beach access.
• Please observe community quiet hours by keeping outdoor lights, speakers off, and noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
• Parking on the street is prohibited, and parking passes are required during the summer season.
• No tents or personal items may be left overnight on the beach or beach access walkway in accordance with community and Town of Duck regulations.
• Trash and recycling are collected on designated community pickup days. Collection schedules vary by season and will be provided in the house information before your arrival.

I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise and Health Promotion at Virginia Tech and put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business and entrepreneurial spirit led me to AirBNB! I CoHost multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of AirBNB I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance.
