Walk to the beach or sound; use our cruisers with plenty of sidewalks to keep you safe. We have a wheeled canoe for use on the property and a fun day on the water. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with outdoor pool, tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, centrally located to many restaurants and shops, and is less than 1 mile to the beach. This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There is also nice bike trails by the condo that takes you directly to the Wrights Brothers Monument. Boat and trailer parking available.

Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

Sundune Surf: Steps to the Beach, Views, & Pool

NO CLEANING FEE. This 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

We are PET FRIENDLY in the desirable waterfront neighborhood of Old Nags Head Cove which is within walking distance to the beach, sound and pool. The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well appointed with a laid back feel. Apartment features a private ground floor entrance, free parking and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.
