Tucked away in the soundside trees, our condo is a cozy coastal getaway perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation . Conveniently located across from the community pool, it offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, custom features throughout the unit & many amenities for you to enjoy. It was provides a relaxing, comfortable stay with the most AMAZING Outer Banks sunsets!

The space
Our condo is in a residential community that shares it amenities with owners, long term tenants and visitors. It is an upstairs unit with vaulted ceilings. It has a master bedroom with a private bathroom and an en-suite 2nd bedroom with privacy access to the hall bathroom. The Rodanthe Gold bathrooms have new vanities, toilets and custom tile floors. The 2nd bedroom also features a roomy built in bunk bed twin, lots comfy pillows and a staircase with a queen bed underneath. The curtains throughout the home are room darkening to help shade from the bright OBX sun. The living room and dining area have large windows and full length glass doors to view the beautiful sunsets over the sound which can also be seen from the kitchen. Around the property is a bike/walking path. We are centrally located on the Outer Banks - close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, historical landmarks, entertainment and the beach of course!

The condo is perfect for older families or friend getaways.

Guest access
Guests have the unit to themselves and will share the community pool, tennis courts and parking with other guests.

Other things to note
Since this is a community of condominiums, there are residents/guests in the units that share the building. We also try to be respectful of our neighbors who live here full time (the downstairs units) or spending their vacations on the OBX as well.

Absolutely no parties or family gatherings, dinners, etc. Only the 4 or less guests on the booking are allowed in the unit.
