Beautiful house on the San Marcos River with river access. During the months of March, April and May we share the river access with Texas State Tubes Sunday-Friday 12pm- 9pm you won’t have access to the river to set up chairs, shade tents etc during those times on Saturdays you will have no river access from 12pm - 8:30pm You cannot impede the tubing company. This House in those months is set up for a group of people to go tubing and a house for afterwards. Oct-Feb you have private river access.
