Monthly Rentals in Martindale

This was a great little country getaway for young kids. There was a large, well tended and clean backyard area with a beautiful view of the river, the bunk room made a great space for the kids. The area is very quiet but Walmart is close by for essentials as well as a cool strip of town about 5 minutes away with fun stuff to do like live music. Communication, check in/out was great with Emily sending us info and instructions that were clear and concise. Definitely a place we’d stay again!

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

We had a great stay for the first half of spring break. We were traveling with our friends so had parents, teen/tween boys and 2 younger girls. There was fun for everyone. The weather was perfect so we were able to enjoy fishing in the kayaks, sit on the front porch to relax and play sports in the yard. Our girls loved the loft!

First class renovated space and furnishings. Nicest airbnb we have ever stayed at. Highly recommend.
