Come enjoy the beach life at this ocean side 2br/2ba condo located in the highly popular Ocean & Racquet Resort! Clean , comfortable and nicely updated! You will be impressed with the condition of this condo and never want to leave ! Jacuzzi building (which means there is a hot tub on first floor of building), two community pools! Enjoy the full kitchen,comfy living room, two full bathrooms , a washer/dryer in unit and beautiful grounds and community resort like amenities . Quick walk to beach!

The space
This condo unit is located in a beachfront complex in the heart of St Augustine Beach. The condo unit itself is approx. 5 minute walk to the beach from the front door of the unit (if not closer!). Airbnb is having an issue where the mapping is incorrectly stating the distance to the ocean on the listing page, so please disregard that.

Budget friendly beach side second floor unit , please note there is a flight of stairs to climb to get to this unit . Quick walk through complex to beautiful St Augustine Beach from the beach boardwalk. Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has two twins. Sleeps 4 ppl. Nice balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Fully stocked kitchen, private washer/dryer in unit. Complex has tennis courts, bocce ball court, racquetball , also a clubhouse you can rent for events. There is a (shared) jacuzzi hot tub at the base of this building which is awesome and convenient for relaxing at the end of a long day of sun, sea or sightseeing !

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our beach. I could go on and on about how beautiful the ocean and beach is, a quick (5 min ) walk from this condo. The complex has great amenities and truly has a resort feel. Two community pools, four hot tubs, tennis courts, two private community beach accesses ... let them vacation begin ! Life is good in St Augustine Beach !


*Please note there is a $25 per car fee to be paid to the association prior to checkin. Due to parking restrictions, only two cars allowed per unit. Max 4 ppl occupancy allowed in the unit (including adults and children ). Complex rules don’t allow Guests to have pets and no commercial vehicles including vehicles with any company logo or business lettering on them are allowed onsite, they will not allow you access to parking lot at the complex if so . Community association rules require that you must be 23 or older (with ID) to checkin. No smoking permitted at all on complex grounds, in condo unit or on balcony.

There are 5 jacuzzis on site, two beautiful pools (one heated during winter months), four tennis courts, community grills, an onsite clubhouse (avail for guest rental for special events), and two beach boardwalks to make beach access nice and easy! There is a 24/7 manned guard gate for added security. Convenient and close to shopping, restaurants, and 10-15 minute drive to downtown St Augustine! There is a food store , Dollar Tree , Starbucks ,numerous restaurants, all within 1 mile from the complex.
