Our condo is part of The Summit Resort, which is one of the largest and most family-friendly condominiums in PCB. Enjoy two large pools, kiddie pools, a hot tub, gym, sauna, Bikini Bobs Restaurant, tiki bar, and the Summit Market all on site.

From the beautiful shore of the Gulf of America to the best sunsets on the large balcony, you wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

The space
Our property features a king master bedroom with full on suite bathroom with private sink area. Hall twin bunk with half bath. Fully renovated kitchen with new appliances including washer and dryer. Brand new balcony constructed in 2026. New sleeper sofa installed in March of 2026.

Other things to note
The new Tootsies Lounge is being constructed next to the Summit! This amazing attraction will bring new life to Thomas Drive and some big country music Artist right next door!!
