RULES
- Pets are permitted with disclosure and pet fee
- No parties or excessive noise
- No outside guests that are not included in the reservation unless disclosed and agreed upon with host
- NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND. If evidence of smoking is found, a $1500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.
- NUMBER OF GUESTS. Only the permitted number of guest are allowed to stay at the property. If you need to modify the number of guest please reach out directly.
- POOL will be closed for the winter season from November to February
The home has security cameras that cover the front of the house facing the driveway including the smart doorbell and the back of the house facing the pool/lake for your safety and ours.

ESSENTIALS
We provide our guests with linen (sheets and towels) as well as a complimentary starter essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste, and complimentary kitchen necessities such as garbage bag, paper towel, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No parties, no events, no drop by guests. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND.

Our cleaning company, who specializes in Airbnb turnovers are following all Airbnb cleaning guidelines as well as recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to prevent the risk of infection.
