We enjoyed our stay and would come back. price was comparable to area hotels and the comfort, location, and amentities gave it bang for our buck. The hot tub was perfect. Thx again, AJ.

We needed a house big enough to accommodate our party of 10 and this place worked out great for our needs. All of the bedrooms were modern and updated, and the common areas were rustic and cozy for gathering.

The house was very nice and spacious. It was also very clean. Erin’s responsiveness to any questions we had also made our stay more pleasant. The houses do not connect but it was still enjoyable and just as described.

This was a beautiful place! Even though it was on a street full of houses, when you pulled up in the drive, went in the house, or in the back yard, you felt like no one else was around. We used the fire pit, the pellet grill, the back gas fire table, and the hot tub. All of those were very relaxing. The house was extremely clean and well organized. Ti did an amazing job with the décor and functionality of the house. It was so close to so many things. It took basically 10-12 minutes to get to anything/anyplace you wanted to go to. Ti was very responsive to our questions and is a great host. We had an amazing time at this rental.

Our stay was really nice. Very comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, great entry room off of kitchen that my husband was able to work in without being too loud for everyone else. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the foosball table :-) The only thing I would like next time is a full length mirror. And my grandson wants to purchase the cover and pillowcases on the queen bed in the second room 😂 Thanks George

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood that connects to local park which was great! We walked daily to play baseball/playground. Pool/spa was perfect for night time relaxing along with tvs in each room logged into several apps. Beds were very comfortable and loved the open floor plan. Grocery store is a mile away for anything you may need. I highly recommend Tracy’s place!

Beautiful home, in a great private location. Everything felt new and updated. Bedrooms were clean and spacious and felt like home. Very nice kitchen and living area. Hot tub and back porch was a great hangout and private area. Great for families or business trips. I absolutely would stay here anytime I returned to the area.

Mike’s place was just as described. It was peaceful, clean, and well appointed. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to great restaurants. Would recommend to others and readily stay again. He was a great communicator—flexibility and accommodating!

House was clean and reflective of the pictures attached. Walkable to Bank of America stadium. No issues at all during our stay.

Perfect pet-friendly space. Great proximity to downtown and NoDa. The Airbnb is stocked with everything you might need including an extra toothbrush if you happened to forget yours. Would definitely stay again.

This Air BnB is by far the best 1 I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at some really nice homes, but this house and its location is A1. The home is immaculate, cozy, very, very clean, and it makes you feel like it’s filled with love as if you’re in your own home. I love this Air BnB because it really makes you feel at home. Pictures are the exact as the original furniture, the amenities are superb. From cleaning supplies down to oven kits and dish towels. Which made me very excited because I’ve stayed at 2 , and they didn’t even have dish towels or oven kits. The neighborhood is very quiet, check in was very easy, his house rules are very easy to follow, and I highly recommend this house if you’re in the Kannapolis area or nearby. The host gives you a guide book for all local area attractions, and restaurants. I give this house ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and would do 10 if I could. This is your go to Air BnB for your stay. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

It was so clean! It was just what we wanted after helping a friend move and needing a spotless place to clean up after a sweaty day. Very spartan furnishings but it gave us so much space. Thank you.

House was very neat and peaceful neighborhood. Going in & out was easy not far away from the places to go around. we felt like home. This house was very nice and clean and had all the things we needed. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the kitchen had all the amenities and more. We really loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs! Darryl was quick to respond to any messages as well!

What a great home!! So much space. Great outdoors- wonderful hot tub! Very clean. Great game room. 2 types of coffee makers which we loved. The host, Chuck, was great too. So responsive to any questions. Thank you!!

We rented this property for a long relaxing weekend and to attend the rennfaire. The place was located in a pretty nice quiet town and was close to the faire ground so it was perfect for us! Iris was very responsive and answered any questions about the place before the trip. She even kept the pool opened for us past the season and had pool maintenance come out to clean pool so we could use it. The firepit was great and the property had a nice tall privacy fence in the backyard. Kitchen was great and the new high tech appliances were a bonus. Lots of seating around the place and very spacious for our group of 8. Definitely check this place out.

Place is awesome. Celebrated my 30th with 3 other couples and it was an extremely nice spot! Kitchen was awesome and the rooftop was great for watching football and grilling steaks!

A beautiful place on the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. It was the perfect place for our group!

Julie’s home was great for our needs. We brought our fur babies and they absolutely loved the large fenced in backyard! The house was very clean and spacious and the location was great for us. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We were able to check in a little early which was very helpful and appreciated. There were plenty of supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, and the bottled water was a nice surprise! I had some questions leading up to our stay and Julie was very responsive. We would stay here again in the future!
