SLEEPS 10, with 1 KING bed bdrm and 1 QUEEN bed bdrm, both with ensuite bathrooms; 1 QUEEN bed bdrm and 1 BUNK BED bdrm (2 built-in twin bunk beds = 4 total beds) with Jack & Jill bathroom; powder room. LIVING AREA and DINING AREA have room for everyone to enjoy time together. FULL KITCHEN has large island with additional eating space. New, modern & upscale appliances. LARGE (450 sq ft) DECK with room enough for dining and gathering for your whole group. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Full house humidifier provides unique comfort in a coastal home, and the insulation in this luxury build makes the home a quiet retreat when you're inside.
