Welcome to Pineapples & Palms in Port Aransas. This light and airy townhouse is a 6-minute walk to the beach yet close to everything in town. Enjoy4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home with friends, family, or a fun girls trip. The complex also has a resort-style pool that is heated in the cooler months.

• This is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS unit. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if violated.
• Boats and trailers are not allowed in the parking lot per HOA rules.

The Pineapples & Palms beach paradise awaits your arrival! Hang your towels and kick off your flip-flops in the spacious entryway before taking your first Port A selfie in front of the chillaxing pineapples. Recharge in the king bedroom with tv, patio access, and a full bathroom with a large, tiled shower. Also on the first floor, you will find an inviting second bedroom with a queen bed, tv, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The shared covered patio includes a gas grill and seating for the pit-master and their fajita taste-testers. Your family will also have access to a one-car garage to store your beach toys and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer to get the sand out of your shorts.

Continue your coastal journey as you head up to the second floor to a grand open living, kitchen, and dining area. You will find vaulted whitewashed wood ceilings with an abundance of Port A sunlight pouring in from ceiling-height windows. Sink into the cozy and comfortable sectional after a long day of kite-flying and castle-building. Finish the night with a movie on a 55” smart TV with Spectrum cable and access to your favorite streaming providers. Let the chef in your party cook up the evening’s meal in a light and airy kitchen with a glass cooktop stove and plenty of non-stick cookware and utensils. Gather the family in the beachside dining area at a table for 6. Whip up refreshing frozen cocktails with the Ninja blender and serve them at the 3-stool granite bar. Prepare breakfast with your large Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig, and Cuisinart 4-slice toaster. Enjoy your coffee and a cool summer breeze on the balcony located just off the living area with a table for four. A half bath off the living area will accommodate all your guests as they relax in your coastal oasis. The divine master suite on this floor, offers a king bed, tv, ensuite bathroom with tiled shower, and a private balcony with barstool seating for six.

Kids rule the third floor! Let them build their own beach fort in a spacious room featuring one set of bunk beds with a trundle, a queen bed, gorgeous whitewashed vaulted ceiling, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower, and a third-story private balcony that lets them whoop and holler at the passing golf carts.

Did we mention you will be 6 minutes from the beach!!! Forget about buying a beach parking permit. Grab a wagon from the garage, load up with drinks, towels, and toys and head to the beach. Just a short walk around the corner and you will be dipping your toes in the sand, soaking up the sun and splashing in the waves.

Other amazing features of this property include an awesome pool, great internet, and plenty of parking. A resort-style heated pool featuring rock grottos and a slide for the kids (and some young-at-heart adults). You can grill poolside on any of the multiple grills located at each palapa. Eat hotdogs and burgers on the covered picnic tables while you watch the kids splash away without a care in the world. The high-speed internet in this unit will keep you and all your devices connected so you can “work from home” ;-) or let the kids be distracted by their favorite online game. There is parking for two vehicles in front of the unit with additional spaces located in the complex.
