Beautiful and walkable

Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
A light and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a view from the Victorian bay window of the beautiful Pier. This, the pebbly beach and the promenade with its cafes and restaurants are just a two minute walk away.
There is private off-road parking and the bus stop is also just a few yards away.
Hill road with its fantastic mix of independent shops and eateries is less than ten minutes on foot, which is a similar distance to the high street at the bottom end of town with more pubs, shops and venues

The space
The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian villa and is for your sole use. The lounge is particularly spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, including a large sofa with electric reclining option.

Guest access
The flat is on the first floor. The doors to the house and apartment are of normal size. There are a couple of steps up to the front door. Inside the stairs are wide and have a hand rail. There are 15 steps to a small landing and a further 6 steps to the flat itself.
The aparment is for your exclusive use including full kitchen facilities and 2 bathrooms.
