The space
Pier Pressure sleeps up to 12 people. With 5 bedrooms, there will be plenty of space for your entire group!
Top Level: Living area with a pool table, large sectional sofa, TV with Roku for streaming, DVD player, board games, and access to the large deck with an outdoor dining area and Adirondack chairs. Dining area with seating for 6, a small desk, and a sitting area by the windows. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, two ovens, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher), regular drip coffee maker, blender, and more! Also, there's a half-bathroom off of the kitchen. Off of the living room is Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, dresser, two large closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo.
Bottom Level: Bedroom 2 with a king bed, TV with Roku for streaming, dresser, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a tile shower with two showerheads. Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower stall. Bedroom 4 with a queen bed, dresser, closet, access to the deck, and access to the hallway full bathroom with a shower tub combo. Bedroom 5 with 2 bunk beds (4 twins) and a closet.
Ground Level: Laundry room, spacious outdoor shower, propane gas grill, picnic table, hot tub, and pool area.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and pool area during their stay. Plenty of parking available in the driveway.

*No pets!
*The private pool is seasonal and is open from early May to early October.
Beach items available for guest use: 2 beach chairs, beach cart and sand toys.
