• Attached to the main house this spacious self-contained apartment has its own private entrance leading to a large living area consisting of a sofa, TV, dining area, media space, and a queen bed. There is a walk-in closet and a large fully equipped kitchen which includes a washer and dryer. This leads to the full bathroom with a walk-in shower and makeup area.

The space
• Attached to the main house, this self-contained apartment is not overlooked and the home backs onto woodland.
• Although a rural location, the property is NOT on a dirt road, it had NO rail crossing or nearby trains. so you can relax outdoors in peace.
• Traveling by car into Waycross and other attractions is easy with routes avoiding any train crossings.
• Plus for those of you that need to stay connected, we also offer free wifi.

Guest access
• The apartment has its own private fenced-in area with a path leading to the apartment front door with a paved seating area to the left.
• There is a key safe/lock box with the key if you should need it for late arrivals.
• The access pathway is sensitively illuminated at night with additional motion lights activating with movement.
• To the front of the property, there is ample parking.

Other things to note
• My wife and I have two huskies here.
• We will consider a well-behaved dog with a small covering fee. (Sorry, no cats). • If you brought a dog, you and your dog would have access to your own fenced-in area, so you would never need to be welcomed by two happy huskies if you didn't want to be.
• Should you require an additional single bed for a child, please talk with us. (This will also require an additional fee).
• We're only 2.6 m (4 mins) from the Jamestown Landing, Satilla River, FREE boat ramp.
• For traveling nurses, we're only 9.5 m (15 mins) from the Memorial Satilla Health Hospital.
