Altamaha River vacation rentals

Great place to spend some time in Savannah. This comfortable apartment is walking distance to both the uptown historic destinations as well as the downtown restaurants, and its location near Forsyth Park meant most of our outings started with a lovely stroll thru the beautiful park. Beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the entire place was very clean. We got top notch communications from the host with clear directions for accessing the unit and street parking was easy and free. We would stay again!

I almost want to gate keep this slice of heaven but the serenity I felt on Linda’s property needs to be shared. Linda responded immediately to a same day booking request, she provided a plethora of local dining/ sights/shopping recommendations, and she has the sweetest most lovable farm cat! Linda’s property was very well marked and easy to find less than a mile off 95. Getting out of the car I had an instant feeling of relaxation. Her home was by far better in person than what photos portray!! The home was stocked with anything possibly needed, mattress and bedding provided a great sleep and the upstairs marsh views provided a peace I didn’t even know I was needing. The chickens/ roosters, peacocks, alpacas, and donkey on the property were icing on the cake to enjoy. If you’re on this area don’t miss this gem!! I can’t wait to go back!!

Our family of 6 stayed at this home for our Christmas vacation. The beds are super cozy, lovely outdoor areas & pool plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect minutes to anything on the island. We cooked in & ate out. We enjoyed fishing, Fort Frederica, Dolphin watching, SSI Lighthouse & Pier All nearby. highly recommend if your looking for a nice family place on SSI. Thank you for sharing your place Chris

Great stay for our extended family of 8 for a long weekend! Bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms were perfect. The common areas (kitchen, dining & living room) were a little tight for 6 adults and 2 kids though. We planned to do a lot of cooking & hanging out; it just took a little longer using smaller appliances and not enough seating/table space for everyone. Overall though the hosts were responsive, the place was clean and centrally located on SSI!

This is a duplex on a main street but there wasn't as much traffic as I thought so it was easy in and out and didnt hear road noise. Quiet inside the house despite neighbors having a fun night celebrating the new year. The only time you could hear the neighbors was out in the backyard. The backyard is cozy there's a covered section with tables chairs and ceiling fans, and a hammock out between the trees. It is fenced with a tall fence so it's great for dogs, it's a small area so not for exersizing the dogs, but thats what the beach is for! Speaking of the beach, it's right around the corner with easy access. The house is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has plenty of extra amenities. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying in this location and felt at home. Being able to split the upstairs and down stairs was very accommodating for both of our parties to have privacy, but share the same location. We would stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family. This is the second stay in less than a month. we were down to attend lur daughter's college graduation in Brunswick. Everything was great. The Christmas decor was a nice touch!

Barry’s place was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Barry communicated very well with very clear instructions both by text and with info at the house

The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Brandon and his property highly enough.
