Welcome to your cozy slice of Old Florida! This fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for easy, comfortable living. Open the sliding doors and step straight from the living space onto the tropical setting lanai and into your private pool—perfect for a refreshing dip anytime.

The kitchen is stocked for making most meals, with a coffee maker and reusable filter (no paper filters needed!), toaster, blender, and mixer.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Smart TVs are provided in the living room and both bedrooms—just bring your favorite streaming account and settle in.

Outside, enjoy plenty of room to relax with an outdoor dining table, conversation set, lounge chairs, and a rocking chair. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach or pool a breeze.

Please note: The home is not child-proofed for children under 24 months.

We want you to feel confident in your choice. We don’t schedule property walk-throughs before booking, but our excellent reviews across multiple platforms speak to the experience our guests enjoy.

Driveway parking- expanded side pad for kayak storage. No parking in yard or any grass areas. We have full coverage irrigation sprinklers.

Other things to note
Two small dogs only allowed (max is 20lbs per dog). Daily pet fee applies for each dog. No exceptions. No cats. Pet fee is $40/dog per day. If guest has not claimed or has understated pet or has not completed our pet addendum for approval, there will be a penalty of $200 per day up to immediate eviction and loss of all funds. No “visiting” pets are permitted on the property. Same penalty will apply.

**Pool heat available with add'l charge, $25/day or $150/wk. Pool will be set to 84 degrees Fahrenheit.
