This picture postcard cottage is set in the centre of Whitby in a peaceful and quiet area, it has a sunny south facing garden with outside seating and a patio. It is fully enclosed and safe for your dog. The cottage comprises of 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite and 1 single bedroom. A private car parking space is included in the price. The cottage is less than a minutes walk from the town centre and has no passing traffic.

The space
This is a picture postcard quaint cottage from the 1800’s with many original features. A lovely airy lounge opens out onto a south facing courtyard and lawned area. All of which is enclosed and very private.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the whole property , since it is a traditional cottage the flights of stairs are steep. The staircase on the top floor are open plan and children will need to be supervised..

When Paddock Cottage came onto the market, we knew it was perfect. The property had been a successful holiday let for over 20 years and even won an award as the best dog-friendly cottage in Whitby.
