The cottage does not include a free parking spot. You can park on the street and lots or garages at hourly fees. Discounted Guest Monthly Permit ($110/month) is valid for beach metered spaces and beach garages. Please inquire or visit the Hollywood Parking Portal.

No smoking allowed in unit or on premises .
Street parking is available for a charge; A parking pass good up to 1 month may be purchased from the city for $110 + tax through the City of Hollywood Parking Division web site subject to their approval.
Long term leases > 6 months can get a 1 year parking pass for $175/yr from the city subject to their approval.
