Just Steps to the Beach!! Come stay in this modern and sparkling clean home a block from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, Whole Foods, Bold Bean and Starbucks coffee shops. Close drive to Mayo Clinic. This spacious 1 bedroom , 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bath is in a quiet beach neighborhood. Your stay includes 2 Smart TVs, beach chairs, beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need for your ideal beach vacation!
NO pets please. This unit is not kid friendly.

The space
The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.
