North PB (near La Jolla) home in a family neighborhood for up to 6 guests, 4 adults. Located 2 blocks to coffee shops and restaurants on Cass Street, 5 blocks to the beach. Enclosed yard. Parking.

2 bedrooms(king, queen) + 2 queen sofa beds + 3rd sofa in a detached bonus room with open wood ceiling, fast fiber WiFi, washer dryer, + remodeled kitchen with new appliances. TVs and AC in the great room and bedrooms. Quiet residential street, not suitable for parties. Ideal for families or couples.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the main house and exclusive use of the property during your stay. No other guests or occupants will be on-site.

Guests will also have access to the bonus room located in the accessory building, set up as a bonus recreation space separate from the main house. Please note, a private storage area attached to this building is not part of the guest space and remains locked.

Other things to note
The house has strict no-party rules and the quiet hours of the house are 9pm to 7am. Residential setting.

Primary guest must be 25 or older. Primary guest must be staying onsite. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Upon request, guests may be requested to present a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes.

No pets allowed. While we love animals, pets are not allowed at this property. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is not respected.

No smoking. While we want all guests to enjoy a fresh environment, smoking or creating lingering odors (such as cigars, incense) is not allowed inside the house. Up to a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is not respected. Any smoke odor detected inside will be considered evidence of smoking indoors, regardless of intent. This will result in a rule violation and an extra cleaning fee.
