We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

I stayed here with my husband in December. Super cute place! Has kind of a mid-century feel to it and was very cozy It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to most of the shops and restaurants and South Park. Only about a 10 minute walk to Kindred and Buona Forchetta Neighborhood is nice and quiet, and there was plenty of street parking while we were there (which can be challenging in South Park so we were stoked) Bed was comfortable and they had extra blankets that we used since it was cold. We also used the electric charger for our EV, which was an awesome perk Overall, this Airbnb is cute and in a great location. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Cozy spot in a great location. A lot of places to eat, grocery stores and within walking distance or a cheap ride to / from the park. Camila was very nice and helpful! Definitely check it out.

My first Airbnb but it was absolutely amazing! The cabin was so cute and so welcoming, I appreciate the binder they set up that has so much useful information about Julian and what to do for fun, questions about the cabin and appliances itself and even a little checklist of what I would need to do when checking out. They had a tv, books and games so we were never bored and enjoyed our company together here. They put a lot of care into providing us with the smoothest stay possible. We had a few meals there and we had everything we needed in tools and appliances to make them. The Little Pine was perfect! We checked in as boyfriend and girlfriend and we checked out as fiancés! I never saw it coming, he proposed to me in the actual cabin itself so this place will be apart of our hearts forever. It was one of the best stays away from home I’ve experienced for sure.

We had such a lovely time at Jane's casita. It was so quiet, walkable to everything, and peaceful. Lots of birds to be seen from the patio. I'm glad we stayed here for our San Diego vacation and would definitely stay here again! Cute decor, too :)

We had a wonderful stay with our dog! Fully fenced in yard, beautiful and peaceful and felt very private as well. We were greeted when we walked in with a bottle of wine and fruit/nuts from Kamilo's garden on the table, they were delicious! We met Kamilo in the driveway and chatted a bit, what a lovely person! He is super nice and friendly and we had a great conversation. The location is great! A few minutes drive from the beach and also from great restaurants and shops. Felt like a very safe, quiet neighborhood. It was so nice sitting outside even though it was cloudy/rainy during our visit. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed and couch/bed. If you are visiting from within the USA, check out the plants that Kamilo sells! They are a great price and such a great selection! If we didnt live in Canada, and can't take live plants back :( we would have bought them all! We hope to make it back again to stay here, loved it!

David is exactly what the reviews said about his responsiveness. My family and I can say this was our best experience ever in San Diego. We felt at home and this experience made it easy for my wife and I to conclude that when traveling with our young kids, we would be better off reserving an airbnb with a great host like David. Vivian and John‘s cottage was a perfect place for a three day stay. Very peaceful and calm with beautiful surroundings and close to everything I needed to get to. I would love to come back at some point.

This cottage was just as described, had everything we needed and was close to all the wineries and old town Temecula. Would definitely come back!

This was my first AirB&B stay, and I was very pleased! The instructions were easy, and I felt at liberty to go in and out without disturbing anyone. The kitchen was great for cooking up basic meals and saved us on the eating out budget. Most things were well-stocked and the appliances were in working order. We had an issue with the TV, and the hosts were quick to check things out and found a very generous solution for us. Good thing, because we enjoyed ending our days with some movie time. You will not struggle with parking, and the outside patio is just wonderful! Some things to note: People are allowed to bring pets, so you'll probably find dog hairs on the outside furniture. The table inside is a bit small so we ate most of our meals outside. This worked great with the wonderful weather we had, but it might be less fun otherwise. You can also sometimes hear sounds through the shared wall, but nothing that disturbed our sleep. In summary, I would stay here again.

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

I was only able to stay for one night this time, but it was so nice to arrive to a cozy, welcoming, private suite-like space rather than a sterile hotel room. I immediately felt comfortable and knew Teri was available to help me if needed. Exactly as described/pictured and the neighborhood was very quiet. I will definitely book again and hope to stay longer next time!

Our recent stay at Michelle’s Airbnb in Leucadia, California, was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Michelle has thought of every detail to make her guests feel at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere that rivaled the coziness of our own home. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully stocked with everything needed to whip up almost any meal. From cookware to an impressive array of spices, we had all the tools to enjoy home-cooked dinners, which made our stay even more special. It’s rare to find such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation rental! The location is perfect for soaking in the local culture. Right on the beach, we loved taking daily walks to explore the vibrant Leucadia community. The highlight, though, was watching the sunset every evening from the living room or deck—pure magic! The apartment is, well appointed, spacious & complete with everything you could want. The gardens are beyond beautiful, with lots of interesting trees and shrubbery and even a walking trail around the whole property. The pool is lovely and child safe. We felt very safe, there was an entry code for the front gate and another for our unit. The whole house is located in a beautiful, upscale area.

We had a wonderful stay! Greg and Leslie were so welcoming and kind and their home is beautiful and very enjoyable. Hope to be back again soon.

View was spectacular! Loved the decor style! It’s an older unit but still well maintained. Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach and restaurants in Oceanside. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.
