The space
My three-bedroom home (1,426 sq ft) is in Bamboo Villas, 10 minutes from brand new Eastport Recreation Center. Enjoy pools, walking trails, outdoor fitness parks, archery, tennis & pickle ball, the Fenney Bar and Grill (live music under beautiful oak trees) and 2 executive golf courses are just a few of the activities right here in beautiful Hammock at Fenney.
1) Large master bedroom with firm king-size bed and large TV
2) Second bedroom is the office/TV/ reading room. Scanner/printer/copier provided.
3) Third bedroom is mine :)
Private patio with small table and chairs, surrounded by greenery is a great place to have your morning coffee.
Flexible bonus space in the garage with comfortable seating and cushioned, slip-resistant tile flooring (my custom lanai)
Ice chest, noodles, foldable chairs and pool towels are provided. Help yourself!
There is one (1) king bed, so sleeping accommodation is best for two (2) guests sleeping in the same bed.
The futon in the office can sleep a small person.
TV in all 3 rooms with YouTube TV.
Up to two (2) guests may book a stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked with items you would have at home such as crock pot, veggie spinner, full set of pots, pans, bowls, utensils and variety of spices. Hair dryer is provided.
YOU MAY NOT BOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. The person booking the stay must be the primary Guest and 40 years old or older.
One car may park in the driveway
No roadside parking
Golf cart may be rented from local vendors.

Guest access
The home is exclusively for Guest use during their stay. I do not occupy the home when guests are in residence, but I'm always available.
The garages are off limits to Guest vehicles.
One vehicle is allowed - driveway parking only.
Passes to The Villages' amenities are available for $50 (includes 2 passes). I reimburse this fee for Guests staying 7 or more nights. This gives you full "resident" access to all facilities and amenities (provided space is available). I promise you won't be able to do everything! There is SO much to do, so much to explore!
Other things to note
*** Peak season is Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr
** Please book a minimum of 12 nights in January.
* Preference given to highly reviewed Guests booking Feb - April.
A temporary resident ID is available for $50 that gives you access to all properties, amenities and free activities (unless there is a charge for a particular event) and you will pick it up at Eastport.
Fee is reimbursed when you book 7 or more nights.
The full name you provide, along with the address, MUST match your driver's license or other Gov't ID provided.
There are 3 cameras on the property, all outside of the home. The lanai-garage camera is turned off during your stay, turned back on the morning of check-out.
The Hammock at Fenney village is easily accessible from the Florida Turnpike.
Closest main intersection is Hwy 301 @ Warm Springs Ave

We are in Bamboo Villas, a little neighborhood inside The Hammock at Fenney. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet with the Fenney Bar & Grill restaurant just down the road.
The Hummingbird adult pool is around the corner. A short drive down Reader Path through the trees takes you to scenic Fenney Recreation Center, the Bar & Grill restaurant, a family pool, walking paths and more.
Fenney Bar & Grill offers live music under the trees several nights each week.
Red and Gray Fox golf courses wind through the village. Enjoy a beautiful morning workout outdoors at nearby Spanish Moss exercise park. Stop by the Fenney Recreation center to learn about all the activities available in our community.
