Cornhole - Challenge the family to a game of cornhole while dinner is cooking or after a day at the beach.
Community Pool - The resort-style Magnolia Cottages pool is just steps from the home.
BEACH DAYS
The Gulf and the white-sand beaches of 30A are just minutes away.
The included 6-seat LSV makes getting everyone to the beach especially easy, with room for the whole family and your beach gear.
Beach-access construction update: The community's deeded beach boardwalk is currently being improved and is expected to reopen in December 2026. Until then, guests can use another set of stairs to reach the same deeded beach, located just 250 feet farther down the road at Seabreeze Beach Access.
Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and an umbrella are provided for your convenience.
