Recently renovated and refurbished to a high standard, this beautiful house is a great base for those wanting to explore and adventure outdoors, as well as those wanting to rest and relax in this lovely town in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Suitable for family groups or friends, this house offers comfort and convenience.

Set over 4 floors this house offers large, spacious rooms.
The entrance doubles as a boot room leading into a large kitchen diner with utility room. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and bedroom.
The first floor hosts the family lounge with log burner as well as a bedroom and 2 further bathrooms.
The second floor has a cosy snug, 1 twin bedroom, one double with ensuite and 2 further bathrooms.
The third floor has 3 twin bedrooms tucked in the eves but remaining spacious.

We have lived in York for 20 years and are keen to help others enjoy and get the most out of our beautiful city. We are approachable hardworking professionals who enjoy living in York with its fantastic amenities as well as easy access to the coast, North Yorkshire national park. When we're not working as NHS frontline workers we enjoy travelling to new places, meeting new people and trying to relax with our young family! We bought into the AirBnB concept after using it on a trip to the US and have now successfully hosted for 8 years and continue to use it ourselves. It's great to welcome guests to our wonderful city and share information with them so they get the most out of their holidays. Happy to recommend the best pubs and restaurants, and share our thoughts on anything from which museum the kids will like, to which are best tickets for the races. Our family love cycling and walking, so happy to recommend outdoor activities and day trips within striking distance of York.
