This rare ocean-front condo (LEGAL vacation Rental) is stunning! We call it a "Cruise ship view" cause you can't get any closer to the water than this! Listen to the sound of the ocean from the comfort of your home, while watching whales (Dec-April) and Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles frolicking all year long! Fully stocked, has A/C in living room and bedroom.
Located a five minute walk from boats, Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, shops and restaurants at Ma'alaea Harbor!

The space
This view cannot be beat. We call it the "cruise ship view" because you are literally 20 feet from the water!
Remodeled and updated, designed for beauty and comfort. There is an air-conditioner, overhead fans, comfortable sofa (pull out couch), beautiful teak king-sized bed with pillow top mattress, large tiled shower, TV, WiFI, and lovely lanai with table and chairs.
DID I MENTION THE VIEW? The view is enchanting! You simply cannot get closer to the water without jumping in! You can watch Hawaiian Sea Turtles all year long and the Humpback whales from Dec.-April.
Condo is located on fourth floor (elevator access) with 180 degree, unobstructed ocean views!
There is a lovely pool with BBQ and Picnic area available for guests. There is an outdoor shower. We provide beach chairs, beach/pool towels, an ice chest and various beach toys.
Sugar Beach stretches from North Kihei to Haycraft Beach park in Ma'alaea and offers miles of beautiful beach for walking, sunbathing and swimming.
Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, shops/restaurants of Wailea and the boat harbor (fishing, snorkeling, diving and sunset cruises) are just a few minutes walk down the road.
You will love this condo. In fact, you may love the view sho much that you just hang out on the lanai!

Neighborhood highlights

Ma'alaea is soooo conveniently located! Just about 12 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Costco, 15 minutes to Kihei, 25 minutes to Lahaina and 10 seconds to the ocean! Great surfing and snorkeling right out the front door, a long, beautiful beach for walks and swimming, shops, restaurants, the aquarium, and snorkel/dive boats, fishing boats, sunset cruises—all just five minutes away. There is a sweet little beach park just a five minute walk down the road. The Island Sands complex offers a pool as well!
Located off the the hwy, on a relatively remote beach where you will see almost no one else.
There is no more sugar cane on Maui so any write ups you may have seen about the inconvenience from burning sugar cane upwind of Ma'alaea no longer happens!!
The view includes: watching the sunrise —or moonrise!—over Haleakala, gazing out to Molokini Crater, watching the sunset off of Kahoolawe, boats coming to and from the harbor, surfers at "Freight Train" surf site, Humpback whales from Dec. through April, Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles all year long! It truly is magical, mesmerizing and ever-changing!
