Vacation rentals with beach access in Maalaea

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei! The condo is centrally located so we were able to make our way around the island very easily. We appreciated the view of the grounds, pool, and ocean from the lanai. We will be recommending this property to our family and friends. You should definitely check out the food trucks and atmosphere at the South Maui Gardens. 😋

Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

Had a wonderful few days in Maui and Brooke’s apartment was a great place to stay! Such a central location, and easy to find, with local shops and stalls, places to eat (the food trucks right behind were a perk!) and a stunning view across to the beach to enjoy, especially the sunsets - beautiful! Everything was within walking distance, however having a car to explore the island more was essential and parking was super easy! Brooke was really helpful and responsive to messages and the apartment is tidy with everything you need :)

We stayed in December and it was perfect! The unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The unit was stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes, more than enough fluffy bath towels, and beach essentials. The washer and dryer were a great bonus. The bathroom was also very nice and had a ton of hooks to hang wet suits or towels. The unit is just over 100 steps to the beach. In December the beach was great! Warm water and gentle waves. It was never crowded and easy to spend the day at. We saw sea turtles more than once and the snorkeling was great. There are also multiple beaches and plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. We had a fabulous time and would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

it's our second stay at Cassie's place. the moment I knew we are going to Maui - I haven't thought about any other place to stay. We loved it so much first time, so we were looking forward to stay here again. Peaceful, comfortable private place with a lot of shade and trees around. We slept well and had a relaxing time here.

The location was good for us with easy access to the beach and other island sites. House is well stocked with kitchen accessories, beach going toys, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Owners were responsive and communicated well. House was spacious and met our needs.

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Doug's place in Kihei. You can't beat the location--right in Kihei yet set back down a private road and right on the beach. The views out of the windows are amazing, and within a short walk your feet are in the sand, at the ocean's edge where turtles are peaking their cute little heads out consistently. We even encountered a turtle lounging on the beach! The house is stocked with the basics: plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, nice towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and with the windows open and the fans on, the island breeze keeps the house very comfortable. Doug also has beach chairs and an umbrella for easy lounging. Highly recommend Doug's place!

The flat was squeaky clean with everything (kitchen items) needed to “live” there for a week. About 100 feet from the beach and beautiful sunsets. Convenient to everywhere.

Had an amazing time at Sarah‘s and Ryan‘s place. Beautiful house, extremely good taste on the design/furnishings. 2min walk to the beach, close by pool and lovely neighbors we met. Of course it was very sad to see the destruction from the fire nearby, but heart warming to see the courage from everyone we met to be strong and re-build

We have never had a friendlier, more flexible AirBnB host than Jacque- truly delightful. We love Paia, but visitors need to know this is not “glitzy” Maui (but that’s why we like it). Super convenient to walk to restaurants but because it’s set back from the main road, no road noise- very peaceful for sleeping! Nearby Baldwin Beach is one of the best on the north shore. Great jumping off point for Toad to Hana. Only small issue is the washer/dryer is shared with an adjacent house and it always seemed to be in use.

Pamela built an astounding house with attention to every single detail. She not only thought of every possible amenity, but she is so passionate about making sure your stay is perfect. She lives right next door, and is always available to address any issue instantly, and follows up to make sure any potential problem is nipped in the bud right away, and full of inside-info about Maui to make sure your trip is perfect. And I can’t forget the view — might have been the most spectacular sunset I’ve ever seen. If you are looking for a mountain retreat in Maui, this is the place!!!

Absolutely zero complaints about this location and host! It is located in an area with calm and relaxing vibes, practically across the street from the beach, and close to many shops and restaurants. Dmitry is invaluable and responsive regarding any questions, concerns, and suggestions for local places. He provides a clean and cozy unit with almost anything you need for a beach getaway. A full kitchen with seasonings, utensils, pots and pans. Two clean bathrooms with towels. Two bedrooms with air conditioning and a pull-out couch. Beach accessories like chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and beach towels. Four of us stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. We would definitely book this unit again.

We had an incredible stay at Kelly’s Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short distance from beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Kelly was also an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again.

Super great as always. Kyra is always upgrading their unit. This year saw new countertops and a large big screen TV, 75 -80 inches. The Harris's are the best owners we have ever come by and have used many airbnb in the last few years. Stan & Darlene

Great stay, we will be back! Perfect for our family of 4. they had everything to make us feel at home. They were so thoughtful to provide beach towels, umbrella, chairs. The pool is great with tables and chairs and super clean BBQ area. They were super quick to respond and so sweet to check in during our stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed the week of Christmas for our first trip to Hawaii! This was a great place, huge beautiful lanai with views of the lush landscaping as well as the beach right across the street. Breezes through from front door to lanai. The complex and grounds were well attended-to, with holiday decor, lights, even greenery decorating the grilling kiosks. Had everything we needed, especially beach gear which we greatly appreciated! Two sleepers in the living room was great for our kids who didn't want to share a bed. Two bathrooms and washer/dryer also made this a perfect family spot. The price was a great value for this homey condo.

Great location and amenities. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Beautiful views, walk right out to the beach to watch the sea turtles come on shore each night. Close to the airport and centralized made it easy to get to either side of the island. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available was an added bonus we were not expecting. This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Maui. All the positive reviews are right on point so I won't repeat them and Dan is an awesome wonderful host. The location is perfect close to everything and this was probably the best-stocked Airbnb with everything you need to feel at home. We can't wait to return.

I went with a group of friends for the Maui Marathon, they stayed at different locations. Jason's place was absolutely perfect. everything was walkable. everything I needed was nearby supermarket, ABC stores, coffee shops. My friends were not... they had to walk more. they were jealous.. If you wanted to go to the mall to Wailea you could take a bus but we chose to walk. it was maybe 3 miles away, but as runners we have no problem walking. If I had a question, he responded quickly. the place was a perfect size for us, more than what we needed. Right across the street from the beach. there is also a pool. the sunset views spectacular.. we saw whales on the distance..you can't beat this. I'd live here if I could.
