Relax at this beautiful retreat situated on 250 feet of private waterfront on Cobbossee Stream(don't let the word "stream" fool you as it's a wide & gorgeous body of water). Home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 6 guests.

Quiet, private property with limited view of any neighbors,. Enjoy the views sitting on the huge deck, or by either of the 2 fire pits. 3 kayaks & 2 canoes here for miles of exploring, including gorgeous Pleasant Pond. Wildlife galore, including bald eagles & loons!

The space
Home also includes a large game room with air hockey, shuffleboard, Pac-Man & Space Invaders mini arcade games. Large living room, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill outside, washer & dryer, desk, wifi, and dining tables inside & out!

Other things to note
Home does have a handicap accessible ramp to access main level of home. Access to upstairs bedroom & game room via spiral staircase.

Please note picture with canoe - while it's a great area for paddling, shoreline is mucky and not suitable for wading.

Downtown close to walking trail along the Kennebec River. 10 minute drive to Hallowell, which has great restaurants and antique shops. Portland, Lost Valley Ski Resort, and Maine's famous coast & mountain regions all under 1 hour drive. Bar Harbor just over 2 hour drive. Local trails for hiking, ATV, snowmobiling, and multiple public boat launches for powerboats 10 minutes away. Plenty of parking to bring your toys!
