The flat is at the heart of North Street, opposite the world famous Tobacco Factory Theatre and popular Sunday food market - and amongst Bristol's most popular cafes, restaurants, galleries and independent shops. It is also right at the epicentre of the Upfest Street Art Festival with large scale artwork to be found on buildings and walls in all directions around the property.

It is just a few yards to the Comedy Box comedy club, or the very first of what is now 200+ award winning Lounge cafe bars in the UK. It is also minutes away from Ashton Gate Stadium, the biggest sports and concert venue in the South West, and just a short walk from the popular Ashton Court estate, a very large country park which hosts the annual Bristol Balloon Fiesta.
