Unwind on a quiet hobby farm in Louisville, TN, with sheep grazing and chickens roaming the pasture. Lucky Find Cottage is just 10 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport, 20 minutes from the University of Tennessee, and within 40 minutes of Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

This 90-year-old cottage was saved from demolition and thoughtfully relocated behind our family home. The home’s original design, hardwood floors, and timeless charm were carefully preserved, now paired with modern comforts.

The space
Two main-floor bedrooms features a comfortable queen-size bed, closet storage, luggage rack, waffle weave robes, and extra linens for a restful stay.

Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to a generous loft space with two twin beds on one side of the loft. On the other side of the loft, a workspace with desk and chair overlook the private backyard ideal for working remotely.

The living room offers a down-filled sofa, spacious seating, smart TV, and a cozy electric fireplace perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.

The dining area seats 6 and includes a coffee and tea station with a Nespresso machine, hot water kettle, plus games and puzzles for a cozy night in.

The fully remodeled kitchen includes updated appliances, a washer and dryer, and everything you need: pots, pans, baking sheets, blender, toaster, and full cookware setup.

Whether you’re visiting for a quiet getaway, a weekend retreat, or a longer stay, Lucky Find Cottage offers comfort, charm, and space to unwind.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the cottage, including both bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, dining area, loft, and washer/dryer.

The front and back porches are yours to enjoy, along with the surrounding yard. Parking is available in the driveway directly in front of the cottage, with room for two vehicles in a single line.

Depending on the season, you may spot our sheep and chickens from the porches or yard. The garage, barn, and pasture areas are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
The cottage is a restored 90-year-old home with original hardwood floors and all the character that comes with it. The spiral staircase to the loft is steep and narrow, so please keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns or young children.

The property is in a rural setting with the sounds that come with it, including sheep and the occasional farm dog. If you love the quiet of the country, you're in the right place.

A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door of the cottage for guest safety and security. Audio recording is disabled and the camera's view is limited to the immediate entry area only. No seating areas, yard, or other parts of the property are monitored. The Ring doorbell chime inside the cottage also serves as a nightlight and is not a camera or audio device.
