We have stayed in this neighborhood before so we knew we liked the area. Roads are great and wide. This place was great. One thing that stood out with this one in particular was how nice and spacious the bathrooms were. Downstairs layout was better than we have seen before in that the bedroom was a totally separate space from the family room / game room. Elvira’s is an awesome breakfast/lunch spot right at the entrance of neighborhood.

We had the best time and it is definitely the “peaceful side” of the mountain. We fit 3 families in the cabin with ease and everyone felt like they had enough space. The views are incredible and so is the star gazing. We loved the nearby town of Townsend. I’d recommend checking out the caverns and the restaurant Social there in town, which is an excellent spot for those having young kids (there’s a little playground for the kids to play while the parents can watch them while they eat/drink). Have fun!

This was our first foray into the Great Smoky Mountains. Jodi’s cabin was an excellent homebase for our adventures and lots of good family time together. Peaceful, easy, beautiful. Everything we wanted.

Ramzi was an outstanding host! When we noticed a few kitchen items were missing—like mixing bowls for pancakes and eggs—I reached out to him, and he responded right away. He ordered new bowls, and they arrived at our door the very next day. Ramzi was thoughtful and attentive, checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the place and would definitely come back!

Great place to relax! Great views of lake especially from the dock. House was clean and as described. Wish there was more than one bathroom would be my only flaw otherwise nice quaint space with awesome deck to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was great for my stay while i was house hunting in the area. The cabin is located in the best neighborhood in the area in my opinion. Everything about the cabin as Micah desribed is spot on! I felt right at home and was sad to leave! 5-10 minutes from all the amenities that Townsend has to offer! Highly recommend this place for your stay!!

Jay's cabin was exceptional with fantastic views and great proximity to fun activities. The family and I had a great time the week we stayed and were wowed by the proactive nature of the host and the amenities available both at the cabin as well as surrounding area. Would definitely stay at one of his properties in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We stayed with our 4 children (ages 6-18) we played games by the indoor fire place, relaxed in the hot tub, made smores by the outdoor fire pit, took family walks around mountain neighborhood. Explored the club house and Townsends picturesque views. In town we enjoyed horseback riding and mountain coasters. Linda was very kind and helpful. We recommend this cabin!

We had an amazing time at the cabin! The pictures don’t do the view justice. It was absolutely beautiful. Kathleen was an excellent host and gave great recommendations, clear instructions and responded quickly if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this quaint cabin. One of the best aspects is that each room has its own ensuite bathroom. This was great for our group of three couples. The deck overlooking the river is beautiful and we even saw some river otters there. The only critique I can think of is that the temperature was hard to control and was often hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Otherwise, great stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. It was absolutely beautiful and just like described it was very secluded. The cabin is in a gated community and felt very safe. We had the time of our lives and would 100% stay here again. We’re already talking about staying here for our future anniversaries. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

If you’re looking for a perfect, secluded cabin, that can support a good amount of people than this place is excellent for that area. I like how close it was to the great Smoky Mountains. I’m not a fan of Gallatin, but that didn’t have anything to do with our lodging, it was just too crowded. I especially loved that every room had its own dedicated bathroom. That was a massive selling point. The only suggestion I might have is to put in a 4 ft.² table that can be used to play games. But overall, I give the hosts and the location of five out of five.

Stayed here for a weekend at the Park with my husband and toddler. It worked out great. Short drive into town and the park. It was nice to be able to have some meals at the place. We also liked that there was parking right in front of the room, which made unloading with the little one very easy.

We had a great stay with 17 of our family members. The houses were very comfortable with lots to do inside and outside. The views of the mountains were great as was the sunrise over the ridge in the morning. It is a short drive into Townsend and not too long into the national park and over to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Helene was very responsive to all our questions and requests and made us feel very welcome. We'd highly recommend the properties to anyone looking for a place to stay during their Smokies vacation!

Absolutely loved this home! It was spacious, had a great view, and included everything we needed. The only thing I didn’t like was the blinds in the bathrooms—they were too small. The master bathroom blind, in particular, had a gap that made it easy to see inside from the outside.

This place has beautiful views! We looked forward to coming home in the evenings and enjoying the hot tub, and waking up to the beautiful mountains. Kitchen has everything we needed for cooking. It’s only about a 30 minute drive up pigeon forge, but there’s still everything you need at the bottom of the mountain such as convenience stores, restaurants, shops, and food trucks on the weekend. Will definitely stay here again!
