Enjoy light-filled spaces with double-height ceilings that look out to the private, forested backyard, deck, and hot tub! The house features three main bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and two steam showers. The downstairs also has a private office with a monitor for remote work.

The space
With a fabulous view of Baldy Mountain and only 3 miles to Breckenridge Main Street, our mountain home provides a relaxing and private retreat from busy life. Hike, bike or cross-country ski from our front door into the National Forest and the Burro Trail up the street. Explore waterfalls and high country lakes or Alpine skiing, and enjoy relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day.

The main level of the house features large windows that flood the interior with natural light and provide incredible views of the mountains and pine forest. Designed with guests in mind, it's the perfect place for families or friends. The house includes heated floors, and every room has its own thermostat. Our fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home or brew a cup of coffee or tea first thing in the morning. All bathrooms have fresh, fluffy towels and high-end bath products. The main living room is perfect for cozying up on the couch with a good book in front of the wood burning fireplace. Both the living room and downstairs den have smart TVs that include subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. The half bath upstairs is located in the hallway that leads to the mudroom and laundry area with washer and dryer and access to the 2 car garage.

Bedroom 1 is a large primary bedroom located just off the main floor living room with a gas fireplace, dresser, and king sized bed. The en-suite bathroom features double vanities, soaking tub, steam shower, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 is located on the lower level and has a queen size bed and dresser. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and large vanity.

Bedroom 3 is located on the lower level and has a queen size bed, dresser, and large closet.

The additional downstairs bathroom is located across from bedroom 3 and features a walk-in steam shower and large vanity.

The downstairs den provides access to the back yard, your own personal forest, and is a perfect place for kids or teens to hang out and watch TV. There is also a private office room with desk and display monitor with a hookup to USB-C.

The upper level deck provides all the amenities to enjoy the hot tub and Colorado weather including table and chairs for outdoor dining, umbrella for the sunny summer months, and gas grill.

Guest access
While staying here, the house and property will be your own private oasis. Guests have private access to all areas of the property including hot tub, upper level deck, lower level patio, garage, and all spaces within the house. The front door and garage door are secured with electronic locks and your own unique access code. Guests are also welcome to park in the driveway (can accommodate up to 4 cars) or the garage (can accommodate up to 2 cars with standard sized roof racks).

Other things to note
Families with young children: For safety, we recommend always supervising kids when they are outdoors or near the hot tub. Our space is thoughtfully designed to ensure you a safe and memorable stay.

To ensure every guest enjoys the highest standard of cleanliness, we maintain strict cleaning schedules. For early check-ins or late check-outs, consider booking an additional night to maximize your time fully.

The road to the home is unpaved and all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive are required in the winter, but the location and views are amazing.
