Great stay wonderful location and responsive host!

Our group stayed November 2024, and we had the best time! Accurate listing, very helpful and responsive host. Exceeded our expectations in many ways! We had a momentary issue with the water heater, which was addressed immediately. We took advantage of the shuttle that runs to the downtown area, we skied at Beaver Run, and loved cooking in the kitchen. Hot tub was fantastic on a cold Winter evening, and having hot cocoa by the fire with a view of the mountains was truly picturesque. Would highly recommend this place for large groups - would definitely book again.

We were very happy with Ashley’s place. We were a family of 7 (5 adult children) and the place worked well for us. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and living areas. Good ski in/out facilities. We had an issue with the hot tub and Ashley responded quickly to have it working for us.

Fantastic ski in ski out access too the resort. The house is beautiful and the kitchen and living room spaces were comfortable and perfect for our group.

We had a great stay in Breckenridge with Jack and Jerrod. They were great host, very accommodating. The house was perfect for our large family of different ages. Our experienced ski/snowboarders were able to ski out. The shuttle or Uber was also used often. The Gondola was an easy free way to see things the first day. We enjoyed the shops downtown. Blue moose was great for breakfast per the host rec. We used ski butlers who were awesome and brought the rentals we needed right to the house and also picked up from the house too, highly recommend this service. We had a great time and would recommend this house and the hosts for sure!

Nicole’s place was perfect for our snowboarding trip to Copper Mountain. Plenty of space, very clean, and lots of amenities. Instructions to find the place, parking, and check-out details were very clear and easy. Nicole was also quick to respond and extremely helpful from start to finish. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family!

Great house and great location . Easy to get to & from the resort and the town. The house is comfortable & clean.

This was the most incredible stay for our family ! The house is in a perfect location !! The deck overlooks the town and also Quandary Peak I believe. It is located near the top of 4 o clock run with TONS of trails to Peak 8 , Sawmill creek, etc. We plan on always staying here when we visit Breck. The house is such a cool layout too and had a hidden loft that my daughter loved to hang out in. It doesn’t get any better than this house and the hosts were so incredible as well! Thank you for making our family vacation an incredible one !!

Katie was very responsive, which was so helpful! We loved the apartment and the decor! We have a family of 6 and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked which made making family meals easy and fun. Lots of fun games to choose from and walking distance to historic Breck! We will definitely come again!!

My friends and I had a great stay. The location and the views were amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Breckenridge!

My husband and I loved this place! Felt right at home and was easily accessible from the slopes. If we had the chance to stay again we would. Lisa was also extremely responsive when I had any questions.

The room was very nice and has plenty of space. It was not far from downtown at all. The view with the snow was beautiful. It was definitely worth the drive! Beautiful place.

The location was perfect for our family vacation! I took my adult children to Marc’s place. We talked early on about the sleeping accommodations, and he was direct with me about what previous renters considered the pros of cons of the loft space. My party enjoyed the subtle privacy of the loft, bedroom, and downstairs. Two full baths and a vanity sink in the bedroom was perfect for personal privacy while giving the opportunity to enjoy each other company while in the condo. We had so much fun in Marc’s space and kitchen was where we started every morning before hitting the slopes. The storage locker room Marc provided fit all our outdoor equipment and the location to town and slopes were spot on!! Not to mention the outdoor jacuzzi was enjoyed as well.

Above and beyond our expectations! Space for everyone in our group of 6. We had three bathrooms, giant ski locker, free laundry services, our kids made use of the heated indoor/outdoor pool, used the shuttle directly to Lionshead base area which picked up right outside our door and was a short 8 minutes away. Just altogether the best ski location for the money of our experience. Absolutely plan to stay again!

This was the best airbnb I stayed at in Colorado!!! The location was perfect! Just a quick walk to the Peru Express chairlift. The heated garage was a huge perk.. no need to scrape off the car after getting 7 inches of fresh snow and so comfortable. The unit itself had everything you could ever possibly need... plenty of cookware and dishes (perfect for cooking your own meals), an air mattress, plenty of pillows and blankets, board games, shampoo and conditioner, etc. It was so comfortable and felt like home! We love the Keystone slopes so we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Diane's place. Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean and very comfortable condo. Diane was a very responsive host. And, we had amazing snow☺️

This is an incredible cabin experience, hosted by a friendly, professional and all-round lovely Dana. Could not recommend this cabin enough for your next stay in Breck. We had high expectations for the cabin based on the images and descriptions - but everything from the kitchen amenities to bathroom finishes and location exceeded our expectations.

We loved Kayla’s place! We live in CO and visit Breck often for the snowboarding season and it’s hard to find a dog friendly space for 2 people (that isn’t huge and $$$). This place was so cozy and felt private, but still so close to Breck. Kayla thought of everything in the studio - nice linens, kitchenware, Nespresso machine, and a big TV + comfortable bed for after those daytime adventures. Kayla also accommodated a late checkout for us, which was much appreciated! We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing weekend at Carner’s Cabin! David was extremely helpful beforehand as well as the day of check-in. We used his snowmobile Sherpa services and it was extremely helpful on a 0 degree day. The hike with two little kids took us a couple hours but David waited at the cabin and had a fire and hot water going for us and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great winter retreat, exactly as listed and well stocked. Such fun sledding down the hill outside. We will definitely come back!

The house is very comfortable and spacious! The location is convenient to Breckenridge and other ski areas. We loved the hot tub after skiing and also enjoyed walking our dog in the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.
