Family-friendly vacation rentals in Blue River

Few words can describe the beauty of the nature surrounding this AirBnB. With mountains right outside the balcony, plenty of trails and outdoor activities within arms reach, and amazing restaurants with their own rustic charm our stay offered the best of both worlds. The local target is less than 7 minutes down the road and the public transportation system can take you to neighboring cities, trailheads, restaurants, community events, etc. the perfect location for your next nature getaway in the mountains!

We had a great stay! It was refreshing to stay at an AirBnb that is not just an investment property, you could tell the ownership cares about the property and vacations there themselves. It was well-stocked with the essentials and quality kitchen utensils, tools, pots/pans, etc. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The condo was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We enjoyed that there were trails to hike directly from the property, especially considering parking at Breckenridge trails can be tricky and require permits and shuttle rides. We will be back!

Matt and Stephanie’s place was everything like it is described! Enjoyed our stay, the cabin is absolutely a gem in a perfect location - away from resort traffic, very convenient with shuttle service right around the corner. The bathrooms were nice, and clean. The living room area, loft and bedrooms were spotless and very comfy! No issues at all. Matt and Stephanie were very friendly and helpful!! I would recommend to anyone looking to come out to keystone! Thanks again!

The lodge up in the mountains is absolutely delightful. The decor and plentiful amenities gave lots to do on our cold and cozy nights in. Mark was super responsive and helpful with all questions I had. I’d stay again but prepare for the high altitude a bit more.

We had the best time! Views are lovely, the place stays toasty so coming off of the slopes is a delight, and the best part is the hot tub. Thanks, Mike! We’ll be back!

The treehouse was a great home for a Thanksgiving getaway. The descriptions, pictures and communication from host were great. The few issues we had were addressed or answered with a quick response. Some small issues (like the lights not working or bulbs being burnt out) didn’t really impact our stay & hosts were quick to apologize. We super appreciated the well stocked kitchen, sledding toys, game room / lower living room & the well appointed bedrooms & bathrooms. The heavy snow storm blanketed the town, creating a stunning a peaceful stay - while the plowed driveway, holiday decor & warm fire welcomed us for a holiday. We would 100% book this home again. It’s only a 9 min drive from downtown Breck but you feel a world away. We stay in Breck 5-6x a year and would love to try the treehouse in summer!

Daniel was amazing! We were there for LOTS of snow. He was up clearing the driveway for us. Loved the location. We would definitely choose his place again.

My family had a terrific time staying in Breckenridge at Jody's place! It is a big, beautiful house with plenty of space for our large family. It snowed quite a bit before we arrived, and the house and surrounding area couldn't have been more beautiful! Jody was a great host, who anticipated everything we might need and had the house well-prepared for us, including having the driveway plowed. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and the house suited our family of all ages perfectly. We both cooked in her large kitchen as well as ate out at multiple restaurants in downtown Breckenridge, which was a short 10 minute drive away (and super easy to get to). We were able to grocery shop at Safeway and King Soopers, each about 10-15 minutes away, and gas stations were also just a short 5-10 minute drive away. The view from inside the house is gorgeous, surrounded by large pine trees. The front of the house has an astonishing view to the mountains to the west. We will happily stay here again!

Great stay, super host, perfect spot for us and our dog! Michael's place is very comfortable, clean and set up with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and will definitely stay at Michael's the next time we're in Breck.

Location! Comfort! Amenities! Communication! First off, the location is perfectly. Very short drive to ski areas/hiking/reservoir. Walking distance to Frisco Main st. Lovely quiet residential neighborhood. The unit itself was very liveable. Didn't feel like a sterile corporate rental property, rather felt like a proper home. Comfortable bedding, comfortable living space. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking amenities. Lots of dog friendly touches inside the home. Bathroom was well stocked with misc supplies. Host was outstanding with proactive communication, friendly and helpful communication.

Super great hosts- answered my question in a timely fashion. We arrived after dark, directions were super easy to find the home. The inside was just like the pictures! Bed was super comfortable. Had a fun rustic cabin feeling. Beautiful location!! We had a couple golden doodles and they enjoyed the space as well. Easy to get to downtown Breck. We would totally stay here again!

As always, one of my favorite locations to stay in Leadville. I love the mountain vibe decor and the well remodeled historic home feel.

It is a beautiful place, and they had most everything you could ask for to cook for yourself, go out and about, and relax. We would do it again.

Our stay was lovely. Cameron was super kind and attentive with any questions we had. The space was prestige and great to spend a couple days in. Would love to visit again!

Brian’s place was the ideal landing spot after several days of fishing. The location could not be better and it had all of the touches to make us feel right at home. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay - we hope Brian’s place is available next time we are back!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay. Great location near rec path and Main Street. Quiet complex and the garage was great as we had our bikes with us.

Tim’s place was perfect for two active adult couples. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee in the morning and then a short distance to Frisco’s Main Street for breakfast. After a day of mountain biking at Keystone and a day of hiking the hot shower felt great. The living room was comfortable for the four of us to enjoy the Olympics at night. I recommend this place for a mountain town getaway.

This was a fabulous place for our family of 6. It accomodated our family perfectly, even our 5 month old. Cat really had everything we needed - towels for the pool, toys and games, a pack n play, coffee, a fully stocked kitchen etc. Although this was on the 2nd floor, there is a ramp from the parking lot that made loading/unloading relatively easy. The pool/hot tub/clubhouse were a great option for the time we weren't skiing. The location is incredibly convenient to restaurants, shops and Breckenridge and Keystone ski resorts.

It was a great stay! Everything was as pictured and described! On top of that, Breckenridge was a beautiful, beautiful place! Definitely recommend!! (100/10)

Clean, soft beds, good water pressure, cozy fireplace, quiet neighbors, 5 minute walk to main street, great value for location and the comfort of this place. Would recommend.
