Vacation rentals in Summit County

My family gathered from three different states at this beautiful home for a ski trip. The home was more than accommodating for my husband and I, my daughter and her husband and my two adult sons. The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. The unexpected bonus was that the lower level, which includes two bedrooms, a full bath and a living room, was handicap accessible for me after I fractured my pelvis while skiing! Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Beautiful home in a great location, close to Free Ride bus stop and walkable to town if weather is permitting. Very spacious for our 2 families to be comfortable. Plenty of living room seating. Kitchen was very well stocked. Loved having the 2 car garage. Breck is one of our new favorite places. We will be back and would stay here again.

Our stay was magical and Teresa is one of those hosts you wish you could grab a coffee with to meet in person and thank her for making our trip so enjoyable! One night, the town had a main pipe bust, so we went without running water for about 15 minutes. She reached out before I even reached out to her, as well as throughout our entire stay to forward the updates from the repairs, even after the issue had been resolved (I told her we were good 15 minutes later). She was also extremely kind and apologetic, even though the issue was completely out of her control and did not impact us much at all. This isolated event aside, the place is in a dream location with breathtaking surroundings, easy to find, perfect for families with young kids, exceptionally stocked, clean, comfortable, conveniently located close to many touristic towns and ski resorts... We would go back tomorrow or just move in if we could... What a find! 100% recommend.

amazing views and location!

This condo was great for our family. Great location looks just like the photos. My only complaint is there is not a washer and dryer in this unit. Add that to it and it would be absolute perfection. There is a shared laundry area in a completely different building, which is just not convenient. And if you go in the snow, you may want to easily dry snow clothes. Other than that, there’s absolutely nothing I would change. Perfect location. Great bed. Comfy pull out sofa. And pull plenty of room with great views.

Have stayed here before and know this townhome complex well from a previous season rental years ago -- their unit is very nicely updates, very comfortably furnished, and the location is super convenient and easy with parking right outside the unit, and the bus stop a mere 50 yards walk across the parking lot from the front door! The west vail shops and restaurants are a couple minutes drive or the free vail bus takes you to the village whenever wanted just as it takes you to the ski slopes! Always enjoy staying here and Jim and Signe are great hosts -- very helpful, quick to respond to questions, and make the whole stay seamless!
