🏠 The owner and handyman live in the 2 units behind the house; their entrance is through the right side gate, so you may see them walking by from time to time. They also use the shared laundry in the back from time to time.

▪️ This home has lots of character. We have an A/C mini-split in the kitchen, and ceiling fans in bedrooms, room fans, and the ocean breeze cools down the house quickly.
▪️ Ocean Beach is near the airport flight path, and noise can be heard from time to time, so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. No refunds given for plane noise.
▪️ Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask us about it!
