The Old Auction Rooms was built in 1765 and originated as a theatre, giving it a unique feel. The location offers the convenience of a central position in town whilst still remaining peaceful and private.'Lot 4' is one of the five apartments that makes up the Old Auction Rooms. The apartment is set out over two floors and offers a huge, open plan living space that provides a great environment to spend time with your family and unwind. Roof-top views look out over the famous Whitby Abbey.

The space
Lot 4 is a quirky upside down maisonette with a large kitchen/lounge and dining area. It boasts a gorgeous roll top bath and en suite bathroom with shower.

Parking;
Lot 4 comes with a parking space. When you park there is a requirement for there to be a gap between the bin store and your car as there is a communal space to allow access to the bins and to move the bins out as needed a image of this is in the exterior pictures. It is important that you leave a gap. Unfortunately the yellow lines that demark the space are faded and are awaiting a repaint. In the listing pictures there is a photo of the line markings - your car must not go over the point where the concrete changes to a brick line and where you will see a faded yellow line.
The space easily fits a medium sized car, if your car is longer than 4.7m (E.g. a large SUV / van style car) you will be unable to fit in the space provided but we can provide information about local car parking options.

Other things to note
Please note there are stairs leading down to the bedrooms from the kitchen/lounge area, also stairs leading down to get to the front door.
