This lovely home is cozy yet open, light and airy all at the same time. With the split bedroom design, there's the opportunity for privacy when needed, but room to gather with family and friends. Conveniently located to amenities, shopping, pool and recreation center. You'll come here for a getaway and leave wanting to live on vacation everyday!

The space
The home is a 3/2 Wisteria Designer in the Village of Tall Trees and sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in a prime location near lots of shopping and between two town squares and not too far from a third town square.

The home offers a nice open floor plan with high ceilings and solar tubes for natural light. It is light and airy yet private and cozy. A glass addition has been added to the back to create a warm and inviting sun-room with plenty of seating and a great place to have a meal or play a couple of table top games which you will find in the cabinet.

The Master bedroom has a Personal Comfort Adjustable Smart Bed
with 3 remote controls, a large walk-in closet, a private master bathroom with double granite sinks and a walk-in shower.

The guest suite has a pocket door between the two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. The back guest bedroom has a private office, so you can still get a little work done in between all the fun.

There is water filtration system and a 4 zone air and heat system allowing you and your guest optimal comfort ability.

You will find a small outdoor pergola area for you to sit read and enjoy your morning coffee. How can it get any better than that? Oh wait… its smack dab in the middle of The Villages and you are going to L.O.V.E. Living On Vacation Everyday!

Guest access
As registered guest you will have full access to the entire home during your scheduled dates.
There is a camera facing the front of the house, one facing each side door, and one at the garage. There is also a doorbell camera. To ensure your privacy there are NO cameras in the home.

Other things to note
Once you are confirmed to stay at the home, please message me your email so that I can send you the guest pass form and golf cart waiver. Guest passes allow you use of all the amenity's such as the pools, recreation centers daily classes and events that are happening within The Villages.

We are primarily a pet free home but do make exceptions due to some circumstances. In that case we will send a pet rule/release/deposit form as well. There is No Smoking, Vaping or Drug use allowed within the home. We also ask that you refrain from throwing any parties. If you are wanting to host a social gathering please reach out to us with details.

This lovely home is very close and convenient to banks, shopping and restaurants. It is peacefully tucked away on a quite culasack yet in the heart of it all. Lake Sumter Landing Town Square and Spanish Springs are minutes away to enjoy live music and dancing. You are close to many of the recreation centers, indoor and outdoor gyms, walking trails, golf courses, pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Everything that would highlight your stay is close and easy to get to.
