Our spacious and cozy Port Aransas home 🏡 is located within walking distance to downtown, local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy complimentary bikes 🚲 for adults and kids to explore town, or cruise the area in a golf cart — we’re in a golf cart–friendly neighborhood and partner with Kacie’s Golf Carts 🛺 for easy rentals.

Located in the quiet Sunrise Cottages community, our corner home sits on a peaceful dead-end street, perfect for relaxing coastal stays, family vacations, and group trips 🌴🌅

Guest access
Guests have full access to our private two-story townhome, including the garage and all living spaces. A few owner closets remain locked for housekeeping and supply storage.

Our home is well-stocked and thoughtfully supplied to support both short visits and extended stays, with comfort and convenience in mind. The garage includes beach chairs, an ice chest, and beach gear 🏖️ — perfect for Port Aransas beach days.

The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, crockpot, coffee maker ☕️ (K-cup or filter), and cooking essentials 🍳. We provide a generous supply of household items such as paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen sponge, toilet paper 🧻, trash bags, foil, and more.

A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an outdoor shower 🚿 to rinse off after the beach.

Bath towels are provided for indoor use only. Beach towels are available during your stay, though guests often prefer bringing their personal favorites.

If cooking coastal favorites like seafood 🦞🍤, we kindly ask that food waste be placed in the outdoor trash bin to help keep the home fresh.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following:

Reservation Requirements
The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older, present during the stay, and responsible for the property. Reservations made on behalf of others are not permitted and may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

Helpful Items Available
We keep a few extra household items available in case you need them, including:
- Batteries for remotes
- Light bulbs
- Basic cleaning supplies
- Step stool for hard-to-reach areas

Pest Control
Our home is professionally treated on a regular schedule by a pest control company. Because we are a coastal property, insects can occasionally appear despite preventative treatment. We keep insect spray available for guest use if needed.

Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay. In some cases, we may consider up to 3 dogs depending on size, but this must be approved in advance. Cats are not permitted. For the comfort of future guests, dogs are not allowed on furniture. Thank you for helping us keep the home in great condition.

Garage & Beach Items
In the garage, you’ll find:
- A large rolling ice chest for beach use (please clean and leave the lid open to dry after use)
- Beach chairs, toys, and other miscellaneous items

Some items may have been left behind by previous guests and may show normal wear. Please let us know if something is not working properly.

General Notes
We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable home for our guests. The presence of an occasional insect or normal wear on shared-use items does not qualify for a refund, but please reach out if you need assistance during your stay — we’re happy to help.

Applicable taxes include 6% State of Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax and 9% City of Port Aransas tax, which are collected and remitted with your reservation.
