Wake to the day in a warm cozy cabin; enjoy a fresh cup of Alaskan roast coffee or delicious tea, the mountain view out the windows and off the deck are jaw dropping spectacular…and that is just the start of your day! You are our guest and you will feel spoiled in the garden setting of “Lets Get Lost” cabin…you came here for adventure, and this is where it all begins.

The space
Relax after a day of adventure with all the comforts of home in a custom built cabin; full kitchen with adorable retro fridge & range, creature comforts abound with a private bathroom and on demand hot water. Relax on your private deck as you soak up the beautiful mountain scenery and quaint garden just outside your door …..don’t forget to check on the fresh halibut or salmon you just caught, the deck is complete with a gas grill. Your hosts are happy to share fresh vegetables or herbs to complement your meal, as there is availability, from the garden and greenhouse.

Guest access
You have the entire cabin to yourselves. There is an access code entry on the front door that is changed for each guest.

Other things to note
We take cleanliness seriously. Your home will be clean and sanitized before you arrive. We also use an Ozone machine in-between guests to provide each of our guests the freshest and most wonderful stay.
The “Lets get Lost” cabin is on a private property and separate from your host’s home. Your hosts will be on property and available for anything you may need during your stay. The owners have a friendly dog, indoor cats, and parrots. Also on the property are chickens that often produce fresh eggs for your morning breakfast.
At times there may be surprise guests that visit. We have seen moose, bear, and rabbits; we recommend you look before you step out of your door.
The queen size bed is located in a loft that is accessed by a ships ladder. There is also a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, and cot if more sleeping space is needed.

Your hosts have a deep love for nature and use the greenhouse to organically grow ingredients for handcrafted, specially infused oils. Purely organic salves, lotions, and lip balms are also available for purchase. Please see the price list in the cabin, and don’t hesitate to ask your host if you’d like to take any home with you.

We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pet’s because of allergies.
This is not a good house for loud evenings due to the quiet neighborhood it is located in.

Neighborhood highlights

Let’s Get Lost cabin is located in the beautiful Lost Lake area, just 5 miles north of down town Seward. Lost Lake hiking trails are among the best trails offered on the Kenai Peninsula. This trail is open year round to hiking, biking and snow machines in the winter months.
You are in the center of any nature lovers paradise; Hiking the many other nearby trails, exploring old mining roads, sport fishing the lakes, streams or bay, kayaking, zip line, Kenai Fjords tours, Sealife Center, or shopping in the quaint local shops down town. Your hosts can help you choose just the right spot.
Down town Seward is a quaint town with just under 3000 residents and no stop lights. We have our local "mall" that doubles as a grocery store, friendly shops, and amazing restaurants. If you are out for an adventure, we have it all from glaciers to float plane tours. If you want some city life we are just 130 miles of a gorgeous scenic drive from Anchorage, where you will find more city type amenities. On your way to Anchorage, or passing it coming into Seward, is Moose Pass. Your host is from this booming town that has less than 200 residents. Stop into the family store, Estes Brothers, built in 1928 and enjoy an espresso or ice cream. Although there is plenty of fishing right here in Seward or on our local charters, you are just 45 miles away from the Kenai River, known for an incredible fishing experience.
