La Güerita Bed and Breakfast is a unique and stylish house where you will be able to spend your vacation in absolute peace, with all the amenities and equipment you may need.
The room and its attached bathroom are very spacious and ideal for a small family or a group of friends.
The house is located in a quiet area, a couple of blocks from the beautiful beach of Nueva Yucalpeten, five minutes' drive from the center of Progreso.
The pool deck and pool are accessible directly from the room.

The space
This room has a king bed and one single bed, a large private bathroom and direct access to the pool.
The house is fully furnished and equipped.
In the living room you will find a smart TV and comfortable sofas, the dining area boosts a large marble dining table and direct access to the pool.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and anything you need to cook and enjoy proper meals.
All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathroom. WiFi is available throughout the house.
The gorgeous pool is always available to guests.

During your stay
Whenever possible I will be welcoming you at your arrival and will see you at your departure. Should I not be able to be there, I'll send you detailed instructions.

You wlll have your own keys to the house and to your room and full independence, however, I will always be reachable via message or phone call.

I will be visiting the house every couple of days for pool maintenance and cleaning of the common areas.
