Kingfisher Lodge is located in the beautiful Cotswold Lakes area & close to Cirencester. A great base to enjoy this wonderful lakeland area in the Cotswolds.

Kingfisher Lodge Layout & Facilities:
3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & ground floor WC / Cloakroom over two floors with large open plan kitchen, dining & living area leading out to well furnished decking area with gas BBQ & electric awning.
Living / Dining / Reception Room:
The front door entrance is via a small decking area leading directly into the open plan kitchen and spacious & bright living / dining room area. The French doors lead out to a well furnished decking area with seating and gas BBQ.
The living area is very comfortable with two sofas & a single chair for your comfort. There is a large 48″ TV with SKY Q channel options & DVD. The large dining table seats up to six people. Books & selection of games are available for guests to enjoy.
The Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen – including an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, large toaster.
Downstairs WC / utility room leading off from the kitchen with washing machine, dryer & library of books.
3 Bedrooms & 3.5 Bathrooms:
• Bedroom 1 - Master Double Bedroom has a King size double bed, a TV with & an en-suite with large walk-in shower & WC
• Bedroom 2 – Double size Double bedroom & en-suite shower / WC.

The French doors in the living room open out onto an enclosed, furnished decking area with table & chairs overlooking the lake & seats up to 6 people. It comes with gas BBQ and a lovely grassy area leading to the trout lake. Other fishing platforms are available close by for coarse fishing.

The New England style lakeside cottages are all set within this well maintained & secure gated holiday home development. It is a very good choice for families, couples & friends as it offers an extensive range of facilities & sports on site. There is a lot to do locally too in this beautiful lakeland area:

Over the road is the popular De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel which offers several restaurants (including the Boathouse Brasserie), bars & an excellent Spa & Pool option for luxury indulgence (bookable option). Bike hire is also available from the hotel.

• Gateway Café, Pizza Takeaway & Hideout Lakeside Bar just over the road.
