Cosy house for 5 near Beamish, Newcastle & Durham
Stayed here as a base for a day trip to Beamish. It was ideally located, very clean, warm and comfortable. Good recommendations for food and information about shops nearby. Melanie was a really attentive host, very reassuring to know she would be available if needed.

Gorgeous country cottage in a stunning location
Lovely stay over the Easter weekend! The house was spacious, well equipped, and had all the comforts needed for a sociable family night in. The bedrooms were all comfortable and we had two great nights’ sleep, and the en-suite plus main bathroom was a real bonus given there were 6 adults. We used the property as a base for exploring the local area, visiting Helmsley and Kirbymoorside and Rosedale Abbey over the weekend, and it was a perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. Helen’s instructions were clear and she was proactive and always on hand to answer any questions. Overall a great stay, and we’d definitely book again and recommend!

Penfold Cottage, entire home.
Great little cottage in a location really convenient for the centre of Richmond. Fantastic value for money.
