Located in a private luxury complex that is newly built, you step outside your patio to reach the shared pool, fire pit, and beautiful maintained grounds. There is a separate lap pool, a lounge bar, & poolside Wi-Fi. We love the nearby access to the beach via Av. Kukulkan as well as Hotel Zone. You can walk around the neighborhood & find local coffee, breakfast, lunch & dinner spots. Tulum Centro is about a 20-minute walk, beach can be accessed via a 25-minute bike ride or 15-minute taxi ride.

La Veleta is essentially a residential area nestled between the Centro, Aldea Zama and the beach. La Veleta is filled many popular restaurants, groceries stores and wellness activities to visit during the day. While at night, take a stroll across the C. 7 Sur street and notice how it’s flooded with upbeat music and people spend the night like there’s no tomorrow! Which makes the perfect neighborhood for anyone looking to stay for a long time in Tulum.

The thing we love the most about La Veleta is the nearby access that takes you directly to the beach. It is the Av. Kukulkan street will lead you to the Hotel Zone in a short period of time.
