Grandma's Gift is a cozy cottage with partial water views that sits on the beautiful Bay Back National Wildlife Refuge. You can watch the natural beauty of the Back Bay or take a short two block walk to Sandbridge Beach!

Play tennis at our clubhouse, swim in two pools, hike or bike through a nature trail in Back Bay, go kayaking, rent jet skis right next door or go fishing in the Atlantic Ocean on the Pier at Sandbridge Beach right across the street.

The space
Get your vacation started right away. We've stocked the unit with bedding for both beds and the sofa bed, bath towels, a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and dish soap to make your stay more comfortable. Please bring your own beach towels. You'll find a few staple condiments available for your use during your stay.

Other things to note
Trash is picked up daily. Please put your trash at the end of the driveway by 10am. Please flatten all boxes and all trash except flattened boxes need to be in a tied trash bag. Do not leave out overnight as the birds and other animals will get in to it.

Please keep all food in refrigerator due to potential ant problems.

Check-out time is 10am
Take out all trash by 10am
Empty all food out of refrigerator, freezer and cabinets
Wash, dry and replace all dishes, pot & pans and flatware
