This amazing home is located in the Village of Polo Ridge, close to multiple golf courses, rec centers, pools, shopping, doctors, grocery stores, and restaurants. Desirable features include an eat-in kitchen open to the living room and dining room. A spacious open floor plan with a separate laundry room and cozy Florida room!

No cats please. Dogs under 20 lbs allowed with pet fee. Golf cart too!
